Patient is a healthy woman who underwent gastric sleeve and has lost 200 pounds. Her weight has been stable for the past 6 months. The excess skin in her lower abdomen causes symptoms including pelvic pain, and hurts when she jumps. She has difficulty finding clothing. She has difficulty lifting
weights specifically leg press and running. She has frequent infections underneath the skin in the pubic area as well as in her bellybutton. She is effected by frequent yeast infections of the umbilicus. The yeast infections and redness get worse with activities. The symptoms are worse in the summertime. She has to tuck her skin into her clothes to try to support it and keep it close to her body.
