I saw Dr. Baughman in the emergency room at Los Robles. He explained the surgery he needed to perform and made me very comfortable during a scary procedure. He followed up with me often and was very attentive during my recovery. I highly recommend Dr. Baughman.
Dr. Baughman has been one of the best doctors I’ve worked with. He is very friendly and professional. He lets your know what he thinks will be the best fit surgery for you. He gives your his personal number so if you have any questions you can reach him at any time, I’ve never had a doctor do that and it has been a blessing with questions and getting medicines. My surgery went very well and I am excited to see my results in a few months! I would highly recommend Dr. Baughman for any plastic surgery and will return to him if I want anything more done.
I recently under went wrist surgery and Doctor Ethan Baughman was absolutely phenomenal! Not only did he repair everything on spot perfectly in the nick of time, but he also held great conversations that helped me get through everything. Talking with Doctor Baughman is like speaking with a close friend or family member. Just an all around great doctor to have and I trust him completely in reconstruction. His work is precise and does not disappoint whatsoever. He is so good with what he does, I wish he was my personal doctor. Phenomenal work!
Dr. Baughman made my girlfriend and I feel comfortable from the very start. He was kind and professional. Treated both of us as intelligent individuals making a lifelong decision. There was no air of high pressure sales. No upselling. He asked what we were there to accomplish and was receptive to our wants and wishes. Many times we asked him what he might suggest and he almost always deferred to what ‘our preference was’.
The date of the surgery went smoothly and we were well informed about what to expect and how to administer care and medication. We reached out via text several times during the first week of recovery and he was quick to respond with helpful advice. He actually moved up the post op appointment a few days to address some of our concerns about her discomfort. He didn’t make us feel uncomfortable about asking questions or treat us like we were inconveniencing him. He simply answered each of our questions with a gentle reassurance that things were coming along just as planned and the results speak for themselves. We are both very happy with the results and would recommend this surgeon to anyone looking into getting a breast augmentation and lift.

Dr Baughman was my attending surgeon during my 5 days at Los Robles Hospital. He was amazing. He gave me his cell number and had me contact him daily with updates. Quite remarkable!
Dr. Baughman positively saved my hand and possibly my life. I am beyond grateful and impressed by both his professionalism and surgeon skills. It was his decision to proceed with an urgent surgery and one that no doubt changed my life for the better. His knowledge, skills, experience and professionalism are second to none. My wife broke both wrists in a fall from an unprotected second story and was met in the emergency room at los Robles hospital by Dr. Ethan Baughman. He quickly diagnosed the issues and scheduled a surgery for the next morning to repair both wrists at the same time. The procedure took two hours per wrist and thanks to Dr. Baughman, she has complete recovery with full mobility!
His bedside manner was amazing and he went out of his way to accommodate us throughout the healing process. My Wife and I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Ethan Baughman and his staff.

I degloved my right thumb in an accident. West Hills hospital referred me to Dr Baughman. He has guided me through recovery. He was always available to encourage me. My 4-year-old had a lip laceration after a fall. It was clearly BAD and we took him to the West Hills ER. Our doctor suggested plastic surgery would be imperative because of the depth and location of the cut, and he sent a photo of my son’s cut to Dr. Baughman, who came directly to our rescue. It was a miracle really that he rushed right over, and with my son under conscious sedation, Dr Baughman administered 30-40 tiny dissolvable stitches.
