Patient is female middle age healthy presents for rejuvenation of arms. She is bothered by her sagging arm skin. She wants to do arm lift and lipo surgery at the same time to save downtime. We talked about removing excess arm skin. She is unhappy with the arm contour. She would like her arms to no longer sag. She understands scar will be visible and not subtle. She also would like fat to be removed from her arm to improve her contour. She's otherwise healthy and has no medical problems.
