Patient presented for evaluation for brachioplasty arm lift after massive weight loss of greater than 100 lbs. She was unhappy with the upper arm skin excess and lipodystrophy and desired to improve her upper arm contour. The after pictures below are 28 days from arm lift brachioplasty. She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. She returned to work 3 days after the surgery. PROCEDURE DETAILS: extended arm lift brachioplasty upper arm liposuction. Approximately 200 grams of skin and fat were removed from each arm. 2 arm drains were removed 1-2 weeks after the surgery.
