Patient desires augmentation and lift with saline breast implants. She is bothered by her
sagging breasts after she is now done having children. She desires her breast to be more lifted. We discussed the risks
and she elected to proceed.
Patient is female middle age healthy presents for rejuvenation of abdomen, flank, and back. She is bothered by her
contour. She would like her abdomen to be flat. She would like scars to be hidden. She would like fat to be removed
from her flanks to improve her contour and improve her hourglass figure. She's otherwise healthy and has no medical
problems. We discussed the risks of back, tummy/flank liposuction. We discussed the risks and she elected to proceed.
