Patient presented for evaluation for breast lift and breast reduction. She was unhappy with neck pain, back pain, aging of her breasts, and breast skin laxity and desired to reduce her breast volume in better proportions to her body and improve her breast shape. She wore approximately a D cup bra in most bra styles before. She desired a prettier breast shape and to be a C cup. The after pictures below are 14 days from breast reduction and breast lift.
