This is a healthy 30-year-old woman with a family history of prominent ears who presents to discuss cosmetic improvement and the appearance of her prominent ears. She has been self conscious about her ears since she was a kid. She underwent ear pinning, bilateral otoplasty, augmentation of anti-helical fold, and concho-mastoid plication.
