Patient presented to discuss Facial aging, tear trough deformity, dark circles under the eyes, long upper lip, fat excess of the submental neck and rhytids. She underwent Lower eyelid transconjunctival blepharoplasty, sub ciliary pinch blepharoplasty skin only, fat transfer from the abdomen to the bilateral cheeks and upper and lower lips, neck liposuction, upper lip lift, submental neck liposuction, Facial Chemical peel 30% Trichloroacetic acid
