Patient is healthy 60 year old woman who is a candidate for facial rejuvenation and neck rejuvenation. We discussed her options including fat grafting to the temple, cheeks, lips, chin and neck lift with a submental incision and bilateral post-auricular incision for platysma plication and re draping of the next skin.
Surgery: fat grafting to the temple, cheeks, lips, chin, dorsal hands, upper lip lift, upper lip lift, neck lift with a submental incision and bilateral posterior incision for platysma plication medially and lateral, and re draping of the neck postauricular skin. Chemical peel with 30% trichloro acetic acid and phenol of the face, neck, and chest.
