Patient was unsatisfied with duration of injectable fillers presented desiring more full lips, cheeks and prettier lid cheek junction and jaw line. She underwent facial rejuvenation surgery in the office. Description of procedure: 20 cc fat was transfered from thigh to lips, malar cheeks, lid cheek junction, lower eyelid, mandibular border. Full face chemical peel was performed with 35% trichloroacetic acid. Patient returned to all lifestyle activities 3 days after the procedure. After picture was taken 10 days post procedure.
