Patient is a healthy mother who presents desiring improvement in the appearance of her upper eyelids. She denies any vision changes or dry eyes. She denies previous Lasik surgery. She simply desires cosmetic improvement in the upper eyelids. Her left side is noted to be worse than the right. She is unhappy with the upper eyelid skin stacking on top of her eyelashes. She has difficulty applying makeup and has other cosmetic concerns as it makes her look tired and more aged.
